How to: Specify which address book to use.
Solution:
Select 'Address Book' from the 'Tools' menu in Microsoft Exchange.
1) Double-click the 'Inbox' icon from the desktop to start Microsoft Exchange.
NOTE: If the 'Inbox' icon is not visible, Microsoft Exchange may not be installed, install Microsoft Exchange.
2) Type your 'Microsoft Exchange' password, if prompted. (The 'Inbox - Microsoft Exchange' window appears listing all incoming messages.)
3) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Address Book'. (The 'Address Book' dialog box appears.)

4) Select the desired address book from the 'Show Names from the' list box.

5) (Optional) Double-click a name to modify the properties for that name.
6) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close'.
